Apprentices at the Palace of Westminster for Professions Week

A group of legal apprentices being trained by CILEx Law School attended the launch of Professions Week 2014 at the House of Commons on Monday 10 November along with CILEx Law School staff and training managers from the apprentices’ employer organisations.

The week is designed to increase awareness in the professions amongst 14 to 24 year-olds. The legal services apprenticeships being made available to young people by our client organisations are a great way of attracting school leavers into professional roles.

Before the reception in the House of Commons, the apprentices listened to a debate in the House of Lords from the public gallery, where they were excited to see Baroness Brady CBE, whom they recognised from the TV show The Apprentice, amongst those on the benches.
