Client firms reap rewards in CILEx Law School’s Customer Loyalty Scheme

CILEx Law School issued training vouchers of £500 each to 30 client firms in the first year of its Customer Loyalty Scheme. The Scheme, introduced in 2009, offers a voucher of £500 to be allocated against future training for expenditure of £3,500 in a calendar year.

Kevin Chard, Training Manager at Blake Lapthorn, who reached their target in Autumn 2009 commented “The Customer Loyalty Scheme is a great idea. We applied our £500 voucher to help fund another member of staff to be trained on the ILEX Level 3 units.”
