An award ceremony was held for CILEx Law School’s Certificate in DWP/DH Prosecutions course at the Law Society, Chancery Lane on 26 January 2012. The Director of Public Prosecutions, Keir Starmer QC, gave a speech in which he welcomed the successful students to the prosecutions community. Certificates were awarded by Simon Clements, Head of Welfare and Health Prosecutions at the DWP.
This is one of a number of bespoke courses developed by CILEx Law School for government departments, who need to train staff in the areas of law and legal procedures specific to their daily work.
