That’s up two percentage points on the 2017 figure.
Of the 209 respondents to the survey sent out last month (March), 188 would recommend CLS, with only three saying that they wouldn’t.
A similar number said they are happy to be studying with CLS, with 88 per cent generally very satisfied with their course overall.
That’s the same percentage saying that CLS’ customer service is good or very good.
When asked to give three words to describe the distance learning school, the most popular – chosen by more than half of respondents – was ‘flexible’, followed by ‘professional’ and ‘supportive’.
Satisfaction levels are even higher among the Level 3 students who responded to the feedback exercise sent out at the same time.
More than 95 per cent said they would recommend CLS courses to their friends and colleagues – up two percentage points on 2017.
Of the 170 respondents, 159 said they were happy to be studying with CLS, with only one person saying they weren’t.
Satisfaction with customer services levels came in at an impressive 93.5 per cent, up two and a half percentage points on 2017.
And Level 3 students again described CLS as flexible and professional, closely followed by helpful and supportive.
Noel Inge, Managing Director at CLS, said: “It’s great to hear that so many of our current students are so happy with CILEx Law School – and also that they’d recommend us to their friends and colleagues. It shows that the hard work which is taking place here to continue to meet changing demands is paying off.
“I’d like to thank all of the near 400 people who took the time to tell us how they feel. All feedback is really important, because it helps us to develop our offer for current and future students.
“We aren’t complacent and realise that people have made a choice to study with CILEx Law School, so will be taking all views into account when planning for the future.” Call us on 01234 844300 or email us email@example.com to find out how we can help you to make the best choices for your future.
