Brethertons LLP is to host events to showcase non-graduate routes into law at events targeted at school leavers. The events will be held on 9 February in their Rugby office and on 10 February in their Banbury office.
Brethertons LLP was listed as a Times Top 100 Apprenticeship employer in 2014 and was regional finalist for the Medium Employer of the Year in the National Apprenticeship Awards.
Announcing the events, Elaine Hamblett from the firm’s Human Resources department, said: “Brethertons embraces graduate routes into law as well as more accessible options. As well as offering training contracts to law graduates, we regularly recruit young people to follow legal apprenticeships who will build their careers through the CILEx route. We are keen to raise awareness of the opportunity for school leavers to enter a legal career without first going to university.”
During the evening, there will be speeches and talks from trainees and apprentices at Brethertons, as well as from the CEO, Shaun Jardine. There will be an opportunity to mingle and network to discuss a legal career with current employees and education providers. The event will commence at 4.30pm, and conclude at 7pm.
CILEx Law School currently delivers apprenticeship training to Brethertons and will be represented at the event.
