The Civil Courts Users Association has awarded Stephanie Brayshay the Stephen Morris memorial prize. This annual prize is given to the student who achieves the highest marks on CILEx Law School’s Specialist Insolvency and Debt Recovery course. Stephanie will receive a cheque for £150 and a certificate. She started the course when she was working for the Citizens Advice Bureau in Reading, and has now moved to the CAB in County Antrim as a trainee adviser.
CILEx Law School’s Specialist Course in Insolvency and Debt Recovery is endorsed by the Civil Courts Users Association, who collaborated on the development of the syllabus. The course costs £150 and covers undefended debt claims, enforcement, Individual Voluntary Arrangements, bankruptcy, Company Voluntary Arrangements, administration and winding up.
