UK Borders Agency awards training contract to CILEx Law School

CILEx Law School has been awarded a contract by UK Borders Agency to train its case owners in presentation skills. The training, which will commence on 22 October 2009, will lead to successful staff receiving a Certificate in Immigration Practice.

The bespoke course has been developed by CILEx Law School to the specific requirements of the UK Borders Agency and will also cover legal writing and legal research skills.

Noel Inge, CILEx Law School’s Managing Director said “I am delighted that CILEx Law School’s expertise in developing courses for the public sector has led to the award of this contract by the UK Borders Agency. The project is typical of much of the work which CILEx Law School does with public sector clients in delivering specialist knowledge of law and legal practice to caseworker and technical staff. We look forward to working with the Agency on this project and to enrolling the first students this week.”
