International law firm Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co is to recruit three legal apprentices to join its award-winning Real Estate team.
The apprentices will start in September and will follow the property pathway of the Advanced Apprenticeship in Legal Services. Training will be delivered by CILEx Law School.
Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co’s Head of HR, Julie Caudle, said: “People are at the heart of our firm, and we’re always looking at innovative options to resource the business. We see legal apprenticeships as an excellent way of recruiting bright and talented individuals, along with being an efficient way of delivering legal services.”
Jenny Pelling, Business Director at CILEx Law School, added: “The work of Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co’s renowned Real Estate team fits extremely well with the academic content of the property pathway of the Advanced Apprenticeship.
“These school leavers will be gaining practical experience of working on leases while studying residential and commercial leasehold conveyancing with us. It’s an effective combination.”
The apprenticeship incorporates CILEx training in law and legal practice alongside workplace and professional skills.
Recruitment of the apprentices is being handled by Vision Apprentices.
