Exam revision resources
Here is an overview of the revision resources available to our students. Most of them can be found on the Student Area.
CILEx
exam papers
Having a go at past papers is a great way to prepare for your exam. These will give you a better idea of what to expect and a way to benchmark your progress.
CILEx
examiners’ reports
Past examiners’ reports can help you understand how you should be answering questions and what the potential pitfalls are.
CLS
course summaries
Course summaries (Level 3) and Revision Guides (Level 6) provide a valuable revision aid as they focus on key syllabus topics and those which you might find the most difficult to understand.
CLS
revision sessions
These are held before each exam session. You will find further information on the course pages or in the Events section.
CLS Autumn
and Spring updates
Although we update our manuals every year, laws often change in-between releases. These help you stay up to date on the latest developments.
The CLS student handbook
This will help you get a better understanding of how our courses are run as well as providing key contact, date and location information.
The CILEx pre-release
case studies
If you are sitting a practice exam, familiarise yourself with the pre-release case study as early as possible. These are released around six weeks before the exam.
The
CLS team
Remember that whether it’s on the phone, by email or via the Student Area we’re on hand to help, so do get in touch.
Good luck with
your exams
Good luck in your upcoming exams, we hope that they go well. Don’t forget, we’re here to help you succeed!
