As part of CILEX, we are Cyber Essentials Plus certified and PCI compliant. We also follow ISO27001 guidance and good practice. This means we take a robust proven approach to Information Security so our customers can be confident the data we hold about them remains secure.
2023
In January 2023 we underwent a monitoring visit which found that reasonable progress had been made in all areas for improvement. You can find the report here.
2022
In February 2022 we underwent our first full inspection. The inspectors noted some areas for improvement resulting in an overall finding of “Requires Improvement”. You can find the report here.
